Requirements
- You have previous experience in visual presentation and know merchandising techniques
- You are always coming up with creative ideas
- You love clothing that celebrates femininity in all its wonder
- You find inspiration everywhere you go
- You like to share and exchange ideas
- You have lots of energy and can adapt to any situation
- You are looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges
- You are open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on your availability).
Responsibilities
- Creating window displays that grab customers’ attention
- Showcasing products and setting up inviting displays in-store
- Coming up with innovative ideas for promos with your team and showcasing them strategically in-store
- Applying our planograms to maximize sales potential
- Following best practices for visual presentation
- Always providing excellent customer service
- Respecting and applying the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!)
- Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
