Visual Merchandising at Pandora North America (NAM) is responsible for bringing the Pandora brand vision to life in our retail locations through the execution of brand, campaign, and promotional materials across our entire fleet of stores in the US, Caribbean, and Canada. As a Wholesale Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will support all wholesale and new business development efforts ensuring that accounts are equipped with the appropriate POSM assets and VM training. Partnering with VM cross-functional partners, internal wholesale business partners, NAM go-to-market team, and DSMs, you will ensure global and local assets support our wholesale network to properly represent our goal brand strategy while supporting channel business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years' experience in visual merchandising, with retail or related functions with wholesale background/focus.
• Intermediate experience as a Marketing or Wholesale professional.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience in project management and store planning.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising needs for all multi-brand, shop-in-shop, and new business ventures, including Macy's, Dillard's, and potential new acquisitions.
• Ensure POSM kits align with business and location needs.
• Collaborate with GTM to create all necessary assets.
• Create and review orders for all visual merchandising elements and POSM.
• Work with the Central VM team to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Follow up with account managers to manage claims.
• Facilitate the development of guidelines and training materials to support wholesale accounts by channel.
• Work with Central VM teams to deliver targeted guidelines and training materials.
• Partner with account managers and DSMs to ensure Pandora teams are trained on current visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct training sessions for Pandora teams.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify training opportunities.
• Conduct store visits to wholesale locations in partnership with DSMs to ensure execution meets brand standards.
• Share insights with the Central team to update strategies as needed.
• Identify commonalities for shared guidance and training.
• Support NSO for large new opportunity customers.
• Manage visual merchandising setup strategy with Central and field teams.
• Work with the new store opening team on physical setup.
