About The Position

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for communicating visual presentation direction and standards in Dior retail locations. This role works closely with Corporate and in-store teams to uphold visual standards and report back to senior management.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment
• Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills
• Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments
• Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization
• Strong follow-through skills
• Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce most appropriately
• Ability to follow the company's policies and procedures
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual standards with great attention to detail, according to global directives for each location
• Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising
• Execute window changes (overnight) and floor changes
• Re-merchandise according to sell thru and product launches
• Partner with Boutique teams to maintain the visual standards
• Upload store and project photos to internal VM app for corporate approval
• Be an integral team member for store openings and special events
• Oversee and organize Props inventory
