About The Position

We are seeking a self‑motivated, results‑driven Visual Merchandising Production Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoy continuous learning, and share our dedication to delivering outstanding service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in visual/graphic design and/or retail POP production
  • Retail experience with merchandising exposure
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with print production/file prep
  • Experience managing purchase orders, vendor invoices and basic shipping/logistics.
  • Strong layout, typography and visual merchandising sensibility; excellent communication and project‑management skills
  • Able to communicate professionally and collaborate with store teams and vendors
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods when supporting installs or handling shipments
  • Shifts may include hours before/after store open times and occasional mornings, nights or weekends.
  • Some travel may be required (Up to 20%)

Responsibilities

  • Create the monthly merchandising guide and templated assets for in‑store execution (signage, brochures, posters and ad‑hoc POP pieces).
  • Design print‑ready artwork and production files that align with brand and visual merchandising standards
  • Source, order and track POP materials, display components, fixtures, and printed collateral for stores and vendor events
  • Coordinate packaging and shipping of POP materials to retail locations, confirm deliveries and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues
  • Assist with Advocate and Champion Programs as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders and vendor communications to ensure on‑time production and delivery
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely payment for department and store‑related expenses.
  • Maintain an organized asset library, production schedule and basic inventory tracking for POP stock.
  • Work cross‑functionally with merchandising, store operations and leadership to ensure visual programs are executable in store environments
  • Provide occasional onsite support for merchandising installs and troubleshooting store signage placement
