About The Position

We are currently seeking a dynamic fashion-forward retailer in the senior role of Visual Merchandise Manager to drive the visual energy of our Farmers Silverdale store and work with both the senior leadership team and the sales team to raise the bar when it comes to all things related to brand and product presentation. We know you'll understand that Visual Merchandising is all about creating a refreshing shopping experience for our customers, making it easy for them to find what they're looking for, and providing inspirational ideas. Requirements

• A proven history in VM management of 5+ years within a fashion and home environment
• A strong sense of creative flair and artistic vision for a fashion department store
• A strong track record of leadership experience with VM and retail teams
• Flawless execution and planning skills, and superior organisation skills
• A strong sense of initiative, drive and a 'can-do' attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The confidence to take risks, break boundaries, and try new things
• Strong focus on sales and how VM contributes to store performance

Responsibilities

• Create aspirational window and front entrance displays
• Craft in store hotspots and idea sites that are inspirational and entice customers
• Tell a story to the customer through world class merchandise, utilising mannequins, unique floor layouts and wall profile designs
• Drive the commercial performance of the store through optimising local sales opportunities
• Play a key part in the store's leadership team
