This role will be on-site supporting our Visual Merchandising team . This is a temporary assignment expected to end as of September 30, 2026 with the option to extend.
Requirements
- Able to act and work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to life product weighing up to 50 lbs. and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
- Philadelphia- based; in-office presence
Nice To Haves
- Preferred 1-2 years visual merchandising experience
- Knowledge of buying practices and sample management a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Suite a plus, but not
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution communications of merchandise sets for each world to ensure all current direction and floor set information is provided.
- Provide support to buyers & visual specialists when preparing for strategy & product review meetings
- Prepare all spaces for styleouts & walkthroughs in the mock store
- Coordinate space requests & maintain calendar under direction of Visual Manager
- Maintain clean & organized spaces including signage and hardware storage
- Coordinate fixture delivery, assembly, and pickups, as needed
- Maintain all visual merchandising samples including timely drop-off & return
- Collect, organize, store, and/or donate samples according to business needs
- Build productive and collaborative relationships with partners across the organization
