About The Position

Are you a strategic visual merchandiser with a passion for home furnishings, strong design instincts, and the ability to bring spaces to life with purpose? Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creative autonomy, problem-solving, and hands-on work converge? Room & Board is hiring a Visual Merchandising Associate to join our Denver Retail Team. As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you'll create thoughtful, compelling showroom presentations that reflect our design philosophy, elevate the customer experience, and connect with the Denver market. You'll lead all phases of visual work — from concept and planning to execution — using strong project management skills to balance daily tasks, assortment introductions, routine assets, and long-term initiatives. Blending creative freedom with strategic decision-making, you'll partner closely with the store leader and collaborate with the broader team to educate, inspire, and elevate design confidence, ensuring the showroom aligns with business goals and highlights our beautifully crafted product assortments. You'll leverage digital tools and floor planning software to plan layouts, track inventory, and manage timelines while refreshing accessory displays to maintain visual interest and support sales. Collaboration is key — you'll share updates, gather input, and guide the team on visual standards. The work is dynamic and physical, requiring the ability to shift priorities seamlessly while keeping the showroom looking its best.
