About The Position

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Jewelry Merchandiser to join our team and help elevate our in-store jewelry presentations. In this role, you'll ensure that our jewelry collections are merchandised in a way that tells a compelling story, highlights craftsmanship, and connects emotionally with customers.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Visual merchandising principles and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills as well as visual and spacial awareness
  • Creative thinker with an eye for color, layout, and detail
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into effective in-store visuals
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Flexibility is key in a fast-paced retail environment - must be able to receive feedback in a positive manner with an understanding that work done may change due to business needs and feedback from people involved
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Visual merchandising, preferably within a multi-store or lifestyle brand
  • A collaborative spirit and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A portfolio of work or examples of past Visual merchandising concepts
  • Passion for jewelry, design, and visual storytelling
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for evolving brand expression in-store

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Visual Manager and team to develop and implement strategic Visual merchandising strategies that reflect brand messaging and support sales goals
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative jewelry displays to align with brand standards and seasonal themes
  • Develop clear, brand-aligned stories through Visual elements and merchandising techniques
  • Write easy to follow guidelines specific to the jewelry area that highlight updates and new collections
  • Create a variety of Visual solutions based on store layout, location, and product assortment
  • Research trends and develop display ideas, signage, and fixtures that enhance the shopping experience
  • Support internal events (4 Sales Meetings per year / internal events) and seasonal initiatives with Visual planning and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Visual elements align with marketing, product, and sales objectives
