About the position
Winston Retail is seeking passionate and energetic Visual Merchandisers for a project-based role. The position involves executing merchandising strategies in various retail environments, focusing on apparel, accessories, and footwear. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships while ensuring high-level execution according to planograms.
Responsibilities
- Dress mannequins according to style guide.
- Stock and fill merchandise on the selling floor.
- Build relationships with store personnel and customers.
- Execute merchandising strategies according to planograms.
- Adapt to project directives and substitute products when necessary.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a fashion merchandiser in a department, specialty, or retail store.
- Previous experience as a sales associate in apparel, accessories, or footwear.
- Ability to read and execute project directives.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to download and install an app on a smartphone and upload reports.
