Requirements
- An authenticity for living an active lifestyle
- A passion for the Brooks apparel brand and quality of their products
- Previous apparel merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a keen eye for details
- Communication, active listening and empathy are key - Brooks Visual Merchandisers must be articulate and friendly
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously (these are 100% independent positions)
- Immediate start date upon completion of ThirdChannel/Brooks onboarding process (background check contingency applies)
- A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and replenish displays according to planograms
- Educate and engage store teams on the features and benefits of Brooks products, while building meaningful relationships
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device
- Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your market
