About The Position

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing displays that drive customer engagement and sales. Our Visual Merchandiser executes creative visual concepts that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage showroom merchandising needs on a weekly basis
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadline-driven tasks
  • Ability to supervise helpers when needed
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising, design, or related experience preferred
  • Must be able to move and stage furniture and assist with showroom floor moves

Responsibilities

  • Organize the flow of furniture and placement of accessory products on the sales floor
  • Create and maintain a visually appealing showroom environment
  • Communicate product and merchandising needs with the Home Office
  • Maintain an accurate online floor plan reflecting current showroom placement
  • Create and maintain pricing cards and assist with correcting inventory discrepancies
  • Assist with physical inventory counts within the showroom
  • Receive, unpack, and assemble new accessory items
  • Monitor product condition to ensure merchandise looks fresh and showroom-ready
  • Participate in weekly showroom floor moves and seasonal display changes
  • Assist with staging furniture and accessories to highlight design concepts
