About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser who can independently build and execute Cider's in-store visual merchandising system from the ground up. You will be responsible for planning, building, and executing in-store visual merchandising strategies to support brand presentation and drive sales performance. This role requires full ownership of the store's visual execution, from initial setup to ongoing optimization, in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. The Visual Merchandiser works closely with store leadership and sales teams to ensure visual standards are consistently delivered and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in fashion or lifestyle retail industry
• Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of visual execution
• Strong commercial awareness and aesthetic judgment
• Experience in fast-paced, high-SKU retail environments
• Flexible availability, including weekends and off-hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the store's visual merchandising system from 0 to 1
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly visual plans aligned with product drops and sales goals
• Execute windows, mannequins, wall layouts, tables, and floor merchandising
• Optimize product placement based on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer flow
• Ensure daily visual standards and consistency across the store
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Sales team to support sell-through and conversion
• Train and guide Sales Associates on basic visual standards and maintenance
• Support store opening, promotions, and floor moves
