About The Position

Assists in the planning, developing, establishing, and maintaining all retail, food, and services Displays signing and merchandise presentation programs at an Exchange installation. Creates a positive environment that drives sales growth and increases customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or the equivalent.
  • Experience or training in designing, drawing, and assembling sales promotion merchandise displays.
  • Knowledge of computer creative software is preferred.
  • Must have valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Greets each customer upon contact, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provides solution resolution.
  • Keeps customer needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationships with customers.
  • Delivers a personalized shopping experience.
  • Utilizes and adheres to merchandise presentation standards to enhance sales growth.
  • Ensures merchandise is displayed on proper fixtures.
  • Develops, assembles, and installs displays using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Maintains standard signs for the Exchange and ensures timely replacement of retail, food, and services signs.
  • Assures compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
  • Ensures the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory.
  • Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
