About The Position

As a Visual Merchandiser at IKEA, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and communicating visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience. You will implement and innovate store layout plans to best present the product range, maintain an organized and visually appealing environment, and create and maintain visual displays. Your role will also involve devising and executing effective merchandising strategies while utilizing space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in store design.

Requirements

• 2 years retail visual merchandising or similar experience
• Proficient in Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or similar software
• Associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range
• Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers
• Creates and maintains visual displays
• Devises, implements, and executes effective merchandising strategies
• Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in store design
