Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail visual merchandising or high-end fashion environments.
• Proficient in creating cohesive and impactful visual displays aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and familiarity with POS systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for luxury retail and family-inspired themes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Maintain high standards of visual presentation, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and regularly refreshed.
• Work with the store manager and sales associates to coordinate promotions, sales events, and product launches.
• Stay updated on luxury retail and visual merchandising trends, bringing fresh ideas that resonate with our multigenerational clientele.
• Engage with customers as needed, providing insights into product storytelling through visual displays.
