About The Position
The Merchandising Associate, also known as a Vendor Paid Merchandiser, is responsible for driving sales and executing strategic merchandising initiatives within the store. This role involves suggesting vendor products, maintaining high merchandising standards, and creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. The associate will also provide feedback on sales performance and address slow-selling areas, requiring flexibility and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
