We're looking for a Visual & Marketing Designer who can help bring Sendbird's brand and product experience to life through compelling visual design across various marketing channels. This role will lead the creation of on-brand graphic design for marketing campaigns and customer-facing materials, while also supporting UI/UX design efforts for our AI-based products. You'll play a key role in shaping a consistent and impactful visual experience across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English, and proficient in Korean (both written and verbal communication)
  • Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to interpret and apply brand identity in visual design
  • Skilled in building and maintaining cohesive visual systems across channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic and marketing design
  • Experience designing for various digital and print media (web, social, ads, promotions)
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Prior experience leading brand and marketing design at a startup
  • Design experience related to AI products or services
  • Understanding of UI/UX and web/mobile interface design

Responsibilities

  • Create diverse graphic designs grounded in brand identity-including digital ads, social content, email campaigns, event visuals, and offline promotional materials
  • Develop creative visuals that clearly communicate product and marketing messages
  • Build and maintain a cohesive visual language that strengthens brand experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Design and manage digital assets for websites, landing pages, and blogs
  • Produce custom mockups and visual materials for Sales and Customer Support teams
