Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Keyholder is responsible for creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. The role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with the H&M. You will actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Keyholder will always meet the expectations of customers and colleagues, as well as follow H&M procedures and standards. This position reports to our Store Visual Manager (Based on volume). Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook, determining additional commercial opportunities, and executing floor moves. You will ensure you are up to date with current fashion trends, share and educate the store team on seasonal trend information, upcoming campaigns, and brand standards. The role involves ensuring direct customer service meets H&M standards and supporting an excellent customer experience. Indirect customer service includes following up on the H&M Visual Identity, securing well-styled mannequins, creating clear buying suggestions, and maintaining high-quality garment presentation. You will also manage commercial routines like following up on store KPIs, adapting store planning, and completing customer audits. Visual store operational routines involve completing sample picking, executing floor moves, daily sales floor and window morning routines, managing visual props with a sustainability mindset, keeping the visual room organized and safe, and painting/maintaining windows. The Visual Keyholder supports the store team through coaching and development, evaluates visual and commercial skills, and ensures compliance with legal requirements and H&M policies. Back of House routines include performing all store routines, opening and closing the store, working with timekeeping and scheduling, and potentially being assigned overall store responsibility in the absence of a manager. The role also promotes employee and customer safety, resolves health & safety, legal, and security issues, and addresses loss prevention and safety concerns.
