About The Position

The Visual Information Specialist serves as the senior manager responsible for maintaining visual information services at the headquarters and supporting visual information offices across the command. This role involves overseeing multimedia projects, managing audio-visual equipment, and leading a team to ensure effective communication through visual media.

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience in audio-visual project management, including determining feasibility requirements, analyzing effectiveness of published products, and managing audio-visual equipment.
  • Master's or equivalent graduate degree in a relevant field such as Graphics or Visual, or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Visual Information (VI) Manager for the command.
  • Lead the Army Material Command HQs Media Center as Team Lead.
  • Capture, edit, and produce video projects.
  • Design graphics and produce multimedia projects.
  • Operate audio/visual equipment, including projectors, cameras, speakers, and microphones in support of command activities.
