About The Position
As a Visual Designer at FTL Finance, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling digital designs that span a variety of marketing tactics and UX/UI design for our digital properties, applications, and customer interfaces. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and the development team to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and business objectives. Your work will involve maintaining the visual identity of our digital properties, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all platforms. You will establish and monitor adherence to UI/UX best practices and design standards throughout our interfaces, ensuring that our digital presence is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. In this role, you will design visually engaging digital assets for various marketing channels, including social templates, digital ads, presentations, and landing pages. You will create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics, ensuring that design solutions effectively communicate our value proposition and resonate with our target audience. Participation in brainstorming sessions will be key, as you will contribute creative ideas that align with business goals. You will also produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and effective.
