About The Position

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to influence the creative direction of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that design aligns seamlessly with performance marketing strategies and enhances user interactions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand, visual, or digital design (B2B preferred).
  • Advanced Webflow proficiency, including custom code, structure optimization, and CMS setup.
  • Understanding of front-end development for seamless design-to-code collaboration.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot, Termly, and similar tools.
  • Solid grasp of SEO principles—indexing, semantic HTML, discoverability, and adaptive content.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and accessibility standards.
  • Skilled in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial or emerging tech industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CAD renderings or interactive 3D tools for event/tradeshow experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage Webflow-based websites and landing pages, ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO alignment.
  • Develop style guides, component libraries, and responsive frameworks for consistent brand execution.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and growth teams to align visuals with B2B performance marketing and organic search goals.
  • Create UI/UX assets that reflect brand identity while enhancing usability and engagement.
  • Integrate front-end designs with third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Termly, analytics platforms).
  • Design across marketing endpoints, including social media, PR campaigns, and event experiences (digital and in-person).
  • Support brand storytelling through motion graphics, interactive demos, and tradeshow visuals.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and optimize visual performance.
  • Stay current on AI-assisted design tools, Webflow innovations, and digital marketing trends.
