We’re looking for high-performing teammates to build the foundation of our go-to-market brand. We’re hiring a Visual Designer to shape how the world sees Sift. This isn’t a support role—you’ll own the external visual identity across every touchpoint: website, campaigns, sales assets, product storytelling, and more. You won’t be designing the product itself—you’ll be designing how it’s understood, crafting visuals that make our value resonate with deeply technical audiences in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. It’s a rare opportunity to define and evolve the brand of a fast-growing startup. You’ll set the standard for consistency and creative excellence, partnering closely with product marketing, sales, and leadership. You’ll turn complexity into clarity—and ensure every visual we ship reflects the precision and quality of the platform. You’ll also have agency support for larger projects but will be the principal driver of Sift’s brand. Our customers build rockets, propulsion systems, satellite constellations, and autonomous vehicles.
