Responsibilities

• Follow and execute all commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review new products, assign locations, and manage store/warehouse rotations.
• Ensure optimal product placement within the store space.
• Supervise product replenishment processes.
• Analyze product performance, competition, and trends to inform actions for better results.
• Conduct commercial analysis to implement strategies that enhance sales.
• Ensure customer service standards are consistently met.
• Maintain continuous communication and feedback with the Section Manager and store teams.
• Train the team on commercial aspects and assist in developing the store's sales team.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention and health and safety regulations.
