About The Position

We're looking for a Visual Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team (DAT), where you'll play a hands-on role in web design, development, and visual communications for a mission-driven customer. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your craft in a fast-paced environment — you'll work alongside experienced designers, contribute to projects with real-world impact, and grow your skills across both visual design and web development. In this role, you'll help interpret customer requirements and translate them into polished visual products that communicate clearly and effectively. Whether you're designing a webpage, building out a graphic for a key presentation, or maintaining content in a CMS, your work will be visible and meaningful.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience designing and implementing customer-facing web-based solutions
  • Familiarity with gathering customer requirements and documenting processes
  • Working knowledge of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of web service and content management architecture
  • Familiarity with web design tools including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AI content generation and agentic coding
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Nginx, or other web content hosting solutions
  • Familiarity with web hosting monitoring, web security, and serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda)
  • Exposure to device and network fingerprinting techniques
  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira)

Responsibilities

  • Designing websites and creating visual assets that support the customer's mission and communication efforts
  • Managing and updating content within content management systems such as WordPress and SiteWorks
  • Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of web application solutions
  • Implementing and modifying basic scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Designing and creating graphics to support organizational activities and communications
  • Collaborating with your team to propose and review business solution strategies

Benefits

  • Top salaries because we're top performers
  • Pick your PTO — Everyone values time and money differently, so we give you the flexibility to choose between 3 and 5 weeks of PTO with a corresponding adjustment to your pay. Your choice, your balance.
  • All 11 federal holidays, paid!
  • Up to 2 snow days, paid!
  • We'll quadruple (4x!) the first 6% you contribute to your 401(k), giving you up to a 24% company match. Contributing less than 6%? Unclaimed matches come right back to you as extra income, giving you a guaranteed 24% that goes to your retirement, to your paycheck, or both. C'mon now!
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances. That's a lot. Already covered on health insurance? No problem — we'll trade you this benefit for a boost to your salary instead.
  • $5,250 annual education assistance for training, certifications, tuition, and even student loan repayments.
  • Spot bonuses for obtained certifications, customer recognition, and just about anything else that makes us go "Hot damn!". We hope to say that many times about you.
