Within the ECS division we have an internal team that supports approximately 25 Vista environments across EMCOR. The Vista Support Analyst will provide assistance to the ERP support team and take direction from the Vista Support Manager. The ideal candidate should be analytical with an interest in project management. This position will help manage the incoming support ticket needs, provide training and assistance and escalate and manage higher level support ticket needs within the team. Position will also help with testing, documentation and tracking of package changes and assist with coordination of remote and in-person training for Vista user community. You will be expected to work independently, as well as alongside the ERP team, and must be able to work well under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks and handle confidential information. ECS HQ is based out of McLean, Virginia. However, candidates in other locations and meeting the requirements below may be considered. Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000 This position is bonus eligible
