About The Position
Visitor Services Associates are responsible for providing a positive and memorable experience for Museum-goers. This position serves to enhance the guest experience by welcoming and assisting visitors from entrance to exit. Visitor Services Associates are the public face of the organization and help facilitate day-to-day operations. As a member of the Visitor Services department, this position works closely with Museum Store staff, the Flight Simulations Coordinator, Facilities, volunteers, etc. Visitor Services Associates report to the Visitor Services Manager.
