About The Position

Serves as a greeter at various hospital departments and facilities. Responsible for observing, monitoring, and reporting activities at HH Health System. Responsible for constant monitoring of visitors for Safety & Security rules compliance and immediate violence de-escalation when needed. Reports all incidents and violations immediately and submits a written report to security management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Management Of Aggressive Behavior certification.
• IAHSS Basic certification (within 90 days of employment).
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Possess a driver's license and be insurable by HH standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to enforce policies in an assertive, yet courteous manner.
• Some computer skills with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications.
