The candidate will be researching how cellular and molecular heterogeneity develops and impacts on tumor formation, metastatic progression, and therapy. Dr. Singal's laboratory combines fundamental developmental biology tools, such as lineage tracing in genetically engineered mouse models, with bioinformatic approaches, CRISPR screening tools, bioengineered systems, and clinical specimens to study the functional consequences of tumor heterogeneity in pancreatic cancer.

Responsibilities
- Researching how cellular and molecular heterogeneity develops and impacts on tumor formation, metastatic progression, and therapy.
- Combining fundamental developmental biology tools, such as lineage tracing in genetically engineered mouse models, with bioinformatic approaches, CRISPR screening tools, bioengineered systems, and clinical specimens to study the functional consequences of tumor heterogeneity in pancreatic cancer.
