About The Position

Visiting Nurse (LPN & RN) - Medical Specialty: Home Health Description OM A MA Service Incorporated has immediate openings for RN’s and LPN’s to conduct home visits of patients requiring skilled services. Prior Home Care experience is a plus. Flexible schedule, great compensation, travel reimbursement, PPE, training. We are searching for Nurses in the surrounding area in Boston, Worcester, Cambridge, Dorchester, New Bedford, Brockton, and surrounding towns within Massachusetts As a Staff Nurse with OM A MA you agree to Support and sustain commitment to compliance. Adhere to federal and state laws, relevant healthcare agency program requirements and OM A MA 's business policies and Code of Conduct. As a Staff Nurse your responsibilities include but are not limited t0: Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes. Assess, evaluate, and teach clients’ regarding their disease processes and treatments. Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs. Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery. Qualifications of Staff Nurse include: A current nursing license in Massachusetts. Hands-on nursing experience (required). Home care experience (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.Nursing: 1 year (Recommended)
