About The Position
Reporting to the department chair, the visiting instructor of Secondary Education will be responsible for teaching five courses in the fall and spring semesters. The teaching requires modeling effective instructional practices for varying student populations and the use of instructional technology in online learning environments. Supervision responsibilities will include both face-to-face and fully-online observations of teacher candidates. This is an academic year appointment for the months of August 2025-May 2026. All visiting positions are non-tenure track appointments. The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
