The Department of Physics at William & Mary, a public university of the Commonwealth of Virginia, invites applications for a 2-year, non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor of Physics instructional position that will begin August 10, 2025. We seek an individual able to teach physics and/or astronomy courses at the undergraduate level for both majors and non-majors. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective teacher and will have a 3-course-per-semester teaching load during the academic year. There may also be opportunities for summer teaching.
