About The Position

Bowdoin College Department of Psychology invites applications for a one-year, full-time Visiting Assistant Professor position to begin July 1, 2017 in the area of Clinical Psychology. A Ph.D. is required, teaching experience is preferred. Teaching responsibilities consist of four courses: Introductory Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and a laboratory course and advanced seminar in Clinical Psychology. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education, an active engagement in research, and a readiness to involve undergraduates in their research. Bowdoin College accepts only electronic submissions.
