Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Perform Clinical Assessments
Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services
Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties
Knowledge of Computer Applications
Positive guest relations demeanor
Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures

Responsibilities

Weekend Visitation Coordinator/Receptionist
Part time Weekend: EVERY SAT & SUN (Noon to 4pm)
MUST HAVE availability to attend an 8- business day Orientation from 8a-4p without interruptions.
Work with Families and Kids compliantly coordinating visitation procedures.
8-day Mandatory New Hire Orientation from 8a-4p.
