Weekend Visitation Coordinator/Receptionist Part time Weekend: EVERY SAT & SUN (Noon to 4pm) MUST HAVE availability to attend an 8- business day Orientation from 8a-4p without interruptions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clinical Assessments
• Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services
• Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties
• Knowledge of Computer Applications
• Positive guest relations demeanor
• Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures
• Work with Families and Kids compliantly coordinating visitation procedures.
• 8-day Mandatory New Hire Orientation from 8a-4p.
