The position involves working under the supervision of the Coordinator/Visitation Coach and the Manager of Care Coordination & Contract Management. The primary responsibilities include observing and describing interactions between family members in a non-judgmental manner, assisting families in feeling comfortable and welcome, and taking on the role of educator, model, and observer during visits. The ability to complete concise written reports free from personal bias is essential. Additionally, the role requires a valid driver’s license to travel to various locations for family visits and maintaining appointments. Attendance and completion of the Visiting Coaching Model training is mandatory.
