This role is responsible for modeling and enforcing excellent Customer/Member service, resolving issues, and overseeing community outreach programs. The manager ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations, including asset protection and safety controls, and develops action plans for performance improvement. A key aspect of the role is providing supervision and development opportunities for Associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and fostering a sense of belonging. The manager also ensures the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with customers, verifying prescriptions, performing minor repairs, and maintaining optical equipment.
