The Visa Leadership Associate Program (VLA) is designed for high-potential, early-career talent to develop the skills and experience necessary to become future commercial leaders at Visa. This unique rotational program spans two years and includes four distinct six-month assignments across various functions. Participants will engage in core competencies essential for leadership, including Working with Clients, Product Development, Financial and Data Acumen, and Strategic Thinking. Each rotation is tailored to the individual's skills, interests, and team needs, allowing for a diverse and enriching experience. Throughout the program, associates will participate in comprehensive training sessions every six months, focusing on Visa's leadership principles and practical skills such as data analysis, project management, and design thinking.
