About The Position
The position involves maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and respect for privacy when working with customers applying for the Scheels VISA. The candidate will be responsible for processing completed applications, finishing the check-out process, and being knowledgeable to answer questions and potential issues related to the Scheels VISA. Daily tasks include completing audit sheets, tracking store performance, and ensuring compliance with First National Bank, VISA, and Scheels regulations. The role also requires stocking VISA materials, executing Card Member Appreciation Days, assisting the VISA Coordinator with compliance training, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. The candidate must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
