About The Position

As the Virus Clearance Lab Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining cell and virus cultures, daily upkeep of laboratory space and equipment, and assisting with routine stocking of the labs. You will also be instrumental in Computer System Validation activities to support initiation of work with lab equipment. What you will accomplish together with us: Perform a range of activities including but not limited to the following: equipment calibration, reagent and media preparation, cell culture, general lab housekeeping, assist in implementation and use of an Environmental Monitoring System, stock control, as well as the execution of laboratory work. Demonstrate ability in a range of different assay techniques performing different methods to a high standard. They will take Responsible for the smooth running of lab work, aiding Scientists and Study Directors by ensuring that all materials, reagents and cells are ordered and available for the performance of lab work in a timely manner. Adhere to the appropriate regulatory compliance required by the lab work on which they are working demonstrating appropriate knowledge of regulatory and GLP requirements. Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant scientific discipline or comparable experience
