Join the Workforce Productivity Services (WPS) Global Endpoint Management team as a technical Virtualization Engineer, driving innovation across our enterprise virtual desktop and application solutions. In this engineering-focused role, you’ll collaborate with others to shape the future of secure, scalable solutions to support global users & manufacturing operations. Requirements

  • Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, FAS, Provisioning Services (PVS), Profile management (CPM/FSLogix) and Workspace Environment Management (WEM) and Citrix Monitor.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Cloud Services and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of profile management, WEM, and monitoring configurations.
  • Experience working with monitoring tools (e.g., UberAgent) for proactive monitoring.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Basic understanding of foundation services (e.g., network & authentication fundamentals).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in virtualization engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V), Professional (CCP-V), or Expert (CCE-V)) are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and optimize Citrix-based virtualization solutions supporting both Enterprise users and manufacturing functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Cybersecurity.
  • Oversee operational support activities led by our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure continuity, performance, and compliance across the service.
  • Collaborate with the Virtualization Technical Lead to architect and implement enhancements to the virtualization service offerings.
  • Partner with business units to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Work with MSP to ensure timely resolution of incidents and leverage proactive monitoring through tools such as UberAgent.
  • Develop automation use cases to streamline Citrix operational processes.
  • Ensure quality documentation is regularly updated and compliant with Lilly quality standards.
  • Support project initiatives that enhance virtualization capabilities across the organization by leveraging vendor best practices.
