About The Position
Virtual Therapist providing virtual telehealth groups, and therapy sessions. We are looking for a helping professional to join our team who is motivated to provide quality treatment promoting wellness and recovery for those who experience substance use and mental health disorders. www.leorabh.com The Role Itself As a Substance Abuse Counselor or Therapist at Leora you will have the opportunity to: Provide PHP, IOP, and OP treatment for clients struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. Provide group, individual, and family therapy using evidence based treatment models. Develop treatment plans with clients and their support system. Engage with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements
- License/Education/Certification: LSW (BSW, MSW), LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCDC, LICDC or relevant licensure
- 2 years previous experience in a Mental Health setting.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year previous experience in group counseling.
- Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
