Requirements

  • LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC (or equivalent) certification required, with willingness to obtain licensing in MD, DC, or VA.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clinical experience with SMI and SUD populations preferred.
  • Proficiency in measurement-based care and a passion for continuous quality improvement in outpatient settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate outpatient psychotherapeutic services at CareMind Health P.C.'s cutting-edge virtual outpatient clinic.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions, to drive clinical and functional outcomes.
  • Utilize comprehensive screenings like M3, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and expertly triage intake referrals.
  • Foster patient-centered, culturally competent care through education, collaboration, and community resource referrals.
