About The Position
Virtual SLP position starting ASAP Elementary School Caseload 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday Schedule Minnesota PELSB License Required About the Role Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year to support a school in North Branch, Minnesota. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP License
- Minnesota PELSB Educator License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy services in an elementary school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support Students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
