About The Position

This role is for a Virtual Relationship Manager within the Consumer Lending & Relationships team, operating in a predominantly virtual capacity. The position involves proactively connecting with customers to understand their financial needs and aspirations. The goal is to develop expertise in retail products and services to provide clear information and options, helping customers make informed financial choices. The vision is to be available for customers during important moments, building positive relationships through digital channels for convenient support.
