Requirements

Active and unrestricted Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure in Ohio (OH).
Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience working 1:1 with patients, providing clinical nutrition guidance in either an outpatient or virtual setting.
Strong understanding of evidence-based nutrition principles and their application in various health conditions, particularly diabetes.
Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative virtual team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within Privia's Virtual Nutrition and Diabetes Program.
Conduct virtual consultations with patients via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Deliver clinical nutrition guidance, including assessment, intervention, and monitoring, for a diverse patient population.
Support efforts in developing and refining clinical protocols and virtual nutrition care guidelines in collaboration with Privia's leadership and lead dietitian advisor.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
