About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Transaction Coordination experience who enjoys both client communication and systems work. This is not a pure TC role — you’ll be working alongside our long-standing in-house Transaction Coordinator (3+ years) while also supporting the agent side of the business. If you’ve coordinated files contract-to-close for Realtors and understand how an agent’s workflow actually operates, this may be a great fit.

Requirements

  • 1+ year as a Transaction Coordinator or Real Estate VA
  • Prior experience with Georgia real estate contracts (required)
  • Comfortable managing files independently from contract to close
  • Confident English communication (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop (or strong ability to learn quickly)
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work without micromanagement
  • Reliable internet and professional remote setup
  • Must be available Wed–Sun, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities

  • Support buyer transitions from contract → close → post-close
  • Assist with contract-to-close workflows (deadlines, signatures, timelines, communication)
  • Process contracts within 1 hour of receipt
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, co-op agents, and inspectors
  • Handle client communication, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Support booking of buyer & seller consultations
  • Ensure Georgia contracts and timelines are accurate and compliant
  • Keep files organized and up to date in Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop, and internal systems
  • Communicate daily with the team via Slack
  • Complete tasks efficiently before handoffs to ensure smooth workflows
