About The Position

We are seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-storage facilities virtually. The ideal candidate will utilize industry-leading software to manage tenant interactions, monitor facility conditions, and optimize occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

• Previous experience in self-storage management, property management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using StorEDGE, StoreEase, and VMOS.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with unit rentals, lease agreements, payments, and account management.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms using tools such as Swivl and StoreEase.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize unit occupancy and revenue growth.
• Meet or exceed Protection Plan goals.
• Enroll customers in Auto-Pay.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through Google reviews.
• Utilize StoreEase's Virtual Management Operating System (VMOS) to remotely monitor and manage facility operations.
• Ensure security measures are upheld by tracking access logs and surveillance systems.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee the cleanliness and functionality of the property.
• Conduct virtual property audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Process rental agreements, payments, and manage tenant accounts using StorEDGE.
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations and generate reports as needed.
