What Youll Do Hold virtual appointments with clients to identify their needs and offer solutions. Work with inbound leads only no cold calling or door-to-door sales. Complete a guided training program and get your state life insurance license (well help if youre not licensed yet). Support clients through the entire application process and provide follow-up care. Set personal goals and manage your daily workflow independently. Represent the company with professionalism and a client-first approach. Who You Are No insurance experience? No problem we train you. Youre self-motivated, reliable, and open to coaching. You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people. Youre comfortable working remotely with a flexible full-time schedule.
