Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers
• Handle 30-60 inbound calls a day
• Make outbound calls to provider offices, as needed
• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of prescription orders
• Ensure electronic customer database is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
