We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist. This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, in partnership with our client Intra-Cellular Therapies, a Johnson and Johnson company. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outbound marketing, disease state identification and education, and inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. The Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS) implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor degree.
  • Must have 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a progressive history of documented success.
  • Must have expert selling skills with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Must have experience in high pressure and fast paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of specialty sales experience in neuroscience preferred.
  • 1+ years of virtual sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
